Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and attract additional charges ranging between 50% to 100% of the room rate.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Reservations & Payment

A reservation made via email, website, telephone, or in person for Lala’s Lagos services is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cash Payments: We accept Naira cash payments; however, card payments are preferred for your convenience.

Bank Transfer: Should you prefer to make a bank transfer, please contact us and our team will provide the necessary bank details. Please ensure that the full payment reflects in our account prior to arrival. For international transfers, this may take approximately 4–6 banking days.

POS Payments: We accept Naira and US Dollar debit/credit cards. Kindly note that the full balance must be settled at check-in.

Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours before arrival, not later than 2pm.

Late cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days.

Smoking

Lala’s is a non-smoking property. Smoking within rooms or indoor spaces will attract a cleaning fee of ₦150,000 in addition to compensation that may be made to other lodgers as a result of fire alarm triggers arising from smoking within the rooms.

Breakfast

Our complimentary breakfast is served between 7am to 11:30am daily.

Conduct & Quiet Enjoyment

We are committed to maintaining a peaceful luxury environment. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behaviors are not permitted.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.

Safety & Security

For the safety of all guests, CCTV surveillance operates in public areas. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or discontinue a stay in cases of policy violation.

Pets

Kindly note that, in order to maintain our standards of comfort and hygiene, pets are not permitted at Lala’s.
